The Garden Barn Garden Club Membership Guidelines •    Please present your card before you check out to receive credits, sales, or offers. If you forget your card, just let us know and we can look it up using your last name. •    This is not a credit card. •    Employees, landscape customers, churches, and schools are not eligible. •    Reward Certificates may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred or redeemed for any other form of credit or cash. •    All landscaping services, plants installed by Garden Barn, delivery fees, sales tax, and certain sales do not apply to rewards totals. •    Garden Club reward points will be adjusted for returns and refunds. •    The Garden Barn reserves the right to alter or modify the practices and procedures of the Garden Club Card program at any time without prior notification to its members. •    Garden Barn Reward points may be excluded from select sales or promotions. •    Reward Certificates must be used in full and any unused portion cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or redeemed at a later date for any other form of credit or cash. “Garden Club” coupons are reviewed and processed bi-monthly. When a participant’s account reaches 300 points or any multiple thereof, a “Garden Club” reward certificate will be processed and mailed. The “Garden Club” coupon will reflect a reward value of $10 for a 300 point increment in qualifying purchases in the participants account at the time of processing. Members will receive multiple reward certificates if their balance is above a multiple of 300. Currently 1 point is earned for every $1 spent, not including exclusions. Any balance of purchase totals remaining after the “Garden Club” coupon has been issued will remain in the participant’s account for further accumulation towards future “Garden Club” reward certificates.
